- Recording sessions without explicit consent from all participants
8. Mentorship Relationship

8.2 No Employment Relationship
No mentor-mentee, employer-employee, or partnership relationship is created through participation in our programs.

Both mentors and mentees are expected to maintain professional standards of conduct during all interactions. We reserve the right to terminate the relationship if professional boundaries are violated.
8.4 Session Scheduling
Mentorship sessions must be scheduled according to availability. We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts or missed sessions due to participant unavailability.
9. Confidentiality

During mentorship sessions, you may share proprietary code, business strategies, or other confidential information. We will maintain reasonable confidentiality of such information.
9.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available through no fault of ours
- Was already in our possession prior to disclosure
- Is independently developed without reference to your information
